Hi, to me it depends if you use a 24 or a 26 rear wheel.
With a 26, I put shock to lower position, with a 24 I used the higher position.
In the front mount of shock, I use the highest one, the shock feels smoother this way.
I try to keep the shock parallel with the downtube...
For the drop out, I've always put it the farest so I get the maximum wheelbase at fast speed it helps. If it feel to slow in the cornering put it shorter.

Yeah cool.
I guess mine is pretty much around 45 pounds.With the old setup, maybe more...
But with few more light parts it might be a bit lighter this year.
I'll weight it when it's ready.
